快科技9月5日消息,近日,Intel位于我国大连的Fab 68闪存晶圆厂正式完成了企业更名手续,从“英特尔半导体存储技术(大连)有限公司”变更为“爱思开海力士半导体存储技术(大连)有限公司”。
为解决这一散热难题,SK海力士重点改进了DRAM封装中使用的EMC材料,通过在传统二氧化硅(Silica)中掺入氧化铝(Alumina), 开发出High-K EMC新材料。其热导率达到传统材料的3.5倍,可将垂直导热路径中的热阻降低47%。
