ROAD CONSTRUCTION (Bagby Avenue) — Construction has begun on Bagby Avenue from Valley Mills Drive to Kendrick Lane! The 15-month project will include new utilities, new sidewalks, and new drainage infrastructure, some of which were installed when Bagby Avenue was originally constructed in the early 1950s. The over $10 million reconstruction project will be completed in five phases to reduce the impact on residents. Major progress is being made on the first phase from Irving Lee Street to Valley
